Im soooo disappointed for ordering from florist.ca and found out this website and bloomex.ca are affiliated and scammers. I placed an order online the friday before mother's day, to have a bouquet delivered to my mom who lives in a remote area in northern Ontario.
I wish i did research online instead of just googling up a website and placed an order blindly. As you can see from an email notification, even though i requested mother's day delivery (as their website promised, as long as i place order before midnight friday night) , the email said due to the delivery address being far, the order will not get delivered until Tuesday, after mother's day. I thought that was fine as they were being honest and my mom does live far and its understandable if they cant make a delivery, and the email stated we would get an upgrade for our order. As you also can see from the pictures i posted, my order is NOTHING like the bouquet picture online.my mom was so shocked that i sent her white flowers she asked me if they were meant for a funeral.
I was so upset and embarrassed. The so-called bouquet they sent were like a dozen white flowers someone would pick off side of the street and put them in a vase. How is that an upgrade? How is that an 'amethyst' bouquet that i ordered?
What was even mlre frustrating is that i tried calling their customer service and it was press 1 to place new order and press 2 for existing orders. I tried calling for existing orders twice and waited both times more than 15minutes then the line got disconnected. I called back the third time pressing 1 for placing new order and a representative picked up the phone within 5 seconds and when i mentioned i have an issue with an order that was delivered, she told me to wait and will transfer me to the other department and again i waited 15min to have my line disconnected again! Fourth time i called, press 1 again , spoke to another representative, who also picked up my phone promptly, said the same thing she can't help me and must transfer my call and this time she just disconnected me did the even transferred my line.
It is such a scam. Do your research and never order from florist.ca or bloomex.ca !!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I sent an email to all the higher ups yesterday and finally got a nice girl who answered my last call who also wrote an email to the manager saying I want my money back for both orders I made if I don’t I will file a fraud claim with my credit card company.
I finally got it both back this morning. I still will never shop with them again!.
Bloomex is a Fraud company they steal peoples money and do not deliver anything. I ordered 2 bouquets and none was even made, I was given order numbers for the two I ordered and paid for, I got no receipt emailed to me as its supposed to be.
I told them I want my money back they refused. Ive been hung up on when I call them I tried demanding to speak to a manager got hung up on again.

My wife was handed flowers on Valentines Day at our door that I sent to her from bloomex. When she opened them, they were stinky, brown, and dead and wet.
I phoned the store.
and they said to email my complaint and they could not do anything for us now its four days later and I cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is answering my email. I spent $120 for ***

I recently placed an order through Bloomex Canada, only to discover after the fact that I was charged in USD. As far as I am aware, Canada uses the CAD currency.
This pricing discrepancy is not made clear until after the order is completed, which is misleading and unacceptable. Transparency around pricingespecially regarding currencyis a basic expectation.
Please clarify why a Canadian-based service is charging customers in USD. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again.

Unfortunately I had an awful experience with this company and as I read more reviews I found out that I am not the only one. Here's what happened..
I ordered flowers for my mother in law on Valentine's. She got them immediately phoned us and thanked us and did all the right things to keep her flowers fresh and long as she is 87 and knows what she is doing with flowers. 4 days later they were all dead! Apparently some of them had already come dried out or wilted among the fresh ones but she didn't tell us that because what mother is going to tell her children who sent her a surprise gift on Valentine's Day that their gift is anything subpar?!
So we did not find out about this until 4 days after the fact when it happened to come up in conversation that they were already dead! So I called the company and the woman was very rude on the phone to me and said somebody would call me back the next day. I called back and got a man I said the woman just hung up on me she didn't give me any other information he said somebody will call me back the next day and hung up nobody called me back the next day! So I got on to their live chat and had to wait for over a half hour with a woman named Debbie who said that she was busy dealing with a whole bunch of other customers and if I could please be patient I was patient for a half hour before I gave up.
Then today I happened to get an email not a phone call stating that basically this whole situation to them is considered closed because I did not inform them within 24 hours that I had a problem with any sort of order. Again I asked what sort of mother or mother-in-law tells her children to the surprise her with flowers on Valentine's Day that the flowers were not beautiful and perfect?! This is unacceptable! So I just tried calling back now and explained it again to another woman whose name was Paula and she said basically that it's closed there's nothing they can do about it because they're 24-hour policy states that there's nothing else they can do I asked if there was someone else I could speak to above her she said no.
So I tell you all do not waste your money on Blue Max because you will get possibly subpar flowers mixed in with the beautiful fresh ones and in spite of their policy saying that they're fresh and in good condition upon delivery don't trust that or if you decide to then you better check over real fast in 24 hours if they are dying or not and do not expect them to last for much more than a few days. So I am now hoping that I have influenced you guys who are reading this enough not to trust wasting your money with this National company cuz I am afraid for you that you will get subpar flowers which would be very sad especially if you are having them delivered to someone that you love.

This has been unresolved. Bloomex has taken no steps or actions to rectify the situation.
I paid extra for a next day delivery and 2xextra flowers. They were a day late, didn't have the flowers in stock, promised a "Designer" bouquet as compensation and "gourmet" chocolate.
A wilted sad looking bouquet showed up. Not designer, no extra flowers and dollar store cookies. When I sent in a complaint they offered no compensation and sent a generic AI generated email in response. Save your money.
Go to the grocery store.
You will get better flowers there. Or support your local florist like I should have.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
Ordered assorted callalilies feb 7 for an event on feb 10. Sent it 2 days late.
Finally arrived on feb 12 wothout any call or email or even a knock on the door. Dont know how long has it bern sitting in the cold. Finally opened the box to reveal wilted disgusting flowers that ate not even calla liles. *** trash!!
Paid 64 dollars for this and they wont even reimburse! Im *** pissed

Ordered a Christmas/Birthday Christmas centerpiece and received a notification that due to production line issues they could not deliver as expected. They promised to replace arrangement when with something equal or better than what was ordered.
Fortunately I was there for the delivery and was vastly disappointed disappointment with their version of equal replacement quality. Instead, we received a bouquet of white flowers with no vase included or even closely resembled the colour scheme of the centrepiece.

I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered to my father as my mother/his wife passed away on their anniversary. I wanted them to get there early so he would receive them on time.
Yesterday all day the order stated it was in transit. But never got actually delivered. Today for half of the day it is said its in transit. When I talk to your customer service they said it would be delivered from 8 AM to 9 PM.
But I didnt ask for it to be delivered on 8 April. I asked for it to be delivered yesterday. No one seems to have a reasonable answer as to why this order is delayed.
I stopped using your service about five years ago because I had a problem with the outcome of a delivery that I spent money on. You did nothing to correct this.
Last year, I thought I would try you once again and I had no issues.
Now no one will give me a simple answer as to why my delivery has been delayed. And to give a vague answer that it will be delivered until 9 PM tonight is unacceptable.
What if the flowers are sitting in the back of the truck and theyre now dying because they werent delivered fresh?
If this is how you conduct your business, then I will pass this on to BBB

The delivery was made but my wife was not told. She was home all day but it was my asking her which alerted her to go look.
She found the flowers and card in the evening and did not have the opportnity to enjoy them all day.
The flowers are overpriced.
12 roses, a card and a small package of candy and i was charged $109.00.
I am not happy and will not use Bloomex services again unless i am refunded a portion of what I was charged. it should have been half that price at most.

I ordered flowers for a funeral, they attempted delivery a day early, but because of inclement weather, and no one being at the church at the time, they were not left. The flowers never arrived. So dissappointed!
