I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered on mother's day. I received notice that they would be delivered the day before.
( already defeated the purpose!).
When I saw what they delivered I was extremely disappointed and embarassed, because my mother deserved the beautiful bouquet I ordered and not four flowers in a vase she received. Included pics of what i ordered and what received

Placed an order online, bloomed Canada charged for the order , received the email thanking me for my recent purchase . Day later no flowers delivered .
Called and they said they can't find my order at all in their system . I was charged and paid for shipping .
Spoke to 2 different associates to tell me same thing and that the florist will be calling me .. guess what still waiting !!!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and the picture on the website compared to the actual flowers that arrived are as different as night and day, it was a very sad looking display of flowers and I am embarrassed to have my name on the card that sent them. See photos below of what I ordered and what I received.

THIS IS A TRULY HOOOOORRRRIBLE BUSINESS! I ORDERED A FLOWER PACKAGE FOR MY MOM FOR HER RETIREMENT.
I HAD PLACED THE ORDER A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I CALLED THE STORE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION THEY HAD TO MAKE SURE THE FLOWERS WERE GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND PERSON. THE INFORMATION THEY HAD REPEATED BACK TO ME WAS CORRECT. SOMEHOW SOMEWHERE, THE DELIVERY GOT MESSED UP.
SOMETHING ABOUT COURIER COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS, THEREFORE THE FLOWERS DID NOT GET DELIVERED. THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY. i WAS TOLD THAT APPARENTLY, THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE FLOWERS TO BE RESENT. END OF DAY MONDAY, THE FLOWERS STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED.
AT THIS POINT, I WAS FUMING MAD!!! I DEMANDED A REFUND AT ONCE. THE AGENT SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS. I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
THE SUPERVISOR CONFIRM THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. THE MANAGER RUBS IT MY FACE THAT THEIR POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.. I WAS REALLY GOING TO LOSE MY COOL, SO I HUNG UP THE CALL. I THEN WROTE AN EMAIL EXPLAIN DISCONTENT.
THE MANAGER STILL EXPRESSED THAT THEY CAN NOT OFFER ME A REFUND, THEY SAID THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER TO RESEND THE PACKAGE WITH FRESH FLOWERS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. I GOT THE IDEA TO SEND THEM TO MY MOM FOR MOTHERS DAY. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT, I RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND A NEW DATE. I ALSO MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM AN ALTERNATE PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACT PERSON.
WELL HOLLY *** THEY STILL SOMEHOW MESSED UP THE DELIVERY. MY MOM AGAIN, DID NOT RECEIVE HER FLOWERS FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW. AND THEY STILL WONT REFUND ME.
I AM TALKING $100, JUST GONE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Wrong flowers sent. Provided a picture but they refuse to do anything more.
Lilies were sent instead of alstroemeria. No card was sent, just a discount coupon with a message on the back which was found an hour later.i sent an email with a photo of the flowers that were sent and nobody replied to me.
Phoned customer service who then found the email and he agreed they were the wrong flowers. When I called back the next day to see if a new order was sent they said no because the production team said the correct flowers were sent which is a lie

Ordered flowers for a sick friend, after order was placed I printed the invoice. Noticed on invoice address was wrong.
Unsure if this auto corrected or I typed wrong. Immediately called (within minutes) to ask for address to be changed or to cancel order so I could place again with correct address. Man I spoke to was incredibly rude, belligerent and refused to help me. Said there was nothing that could be done once an order was placed, my error, my fault.
Asked to speak to a manager, would not let me speak to one.
Was told maybe manager would call me back, never did. Will never deal with a company that is this rude and with this poor of customer service ever again.

Preferred solution: I wanted the address corrected so the flowers go to the correct location, a little too late for this now as the delivery is for May 10.

Horrible experience. Paid an extra 20$ to have next day delivery.
I was home and the delivery guy said he tried to deliver and no one was home??? i requested a full refund and they said i might not receive that. There's a reason I spent extra money to have next day delivery as I will not be home the following day and I am not waiting another day to MAYBE have it delivered.
I will never ever order from them again. I have never dealt with a lying delivery company in my life.

Bloomex Calling for a repeat order
I have received 2 calls from Bloomex telling me that I ordered flowers for a special friend and basically wanting another order. My special friend died.
This is the most horrible sales tactic of any company.
Take my name off of this list for calling. I don't need to have a call to remind me of who I have sent flowers to in the past, EVER...

Terrible Customer Service
I am so disgusted with this company. My sister's husband passed away and I wanted to send her a basket.
I chose a CHEESE basket for $69.99 to be sent to her. It was supposed to be delivered in two days. Never arrived and I phoned them. They said the order was placed and she would receive it the next day.
Finally, two days later she received this basket with CHOCOLATE, NO CHEESE. I get my visa bill and they charged me $207.90!!! I cannot afford a $200.00 basket. I called them and they told me that I ordered two baskets, which I did not.
They said they would not refund me and my sister NEVER received the so called second basket. You tell me if you would pay $207.00 for this basket.
I will never use this company again! I have disputed it with my credit card company and am hoping to get a refund that way!!

I had ordered this arrangement and had even paid for them to be supersized , what I ordered online and what was delivered was absolutely disappointing!
They were so little to the arrangement, I have pictures to show this! I know they were on sale but still should have gotten the arrangement that was ordered or at least similar! Pictures tell the tale!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
No delivery. When I phoned to rectify this, I was told Bloomex does not deliver on a Saturday plus the floral shop does not have the same
specials so they could ( magically I guess) deliver on Tuesday at an additional cost of $22.00(!) to upgrade.
I was also tol my friend lives in an area outside of their delivery area!
They live very close to Quality Foods right by their city centre.
Of course, very annoyed and advised them to refund my money.
Order # 434****. I paid via Master Card.

Bloomex a pris 3 jours à livrer le bouquet (le mauve et blanc), un bouquet qui n'avait rien à voir et beaucoup moins beau que celui que j'avais commandé (les marguerites).
Et on me refuse un dédommagement ou un remplacement.
Qui plus est. Ma commande a disparu de mon historique.
De vrais escrocs.

Flowers not delivered
Flowers were ordered to be delivered on a Sunday. On Monday morning i contacted the company who then said they were unable to deliver the flowers until Tuesday and offered an upgrade.
I was not advised they couldn't deliver the flowers on the day requested which was a birthday so 2 days later was not acceptable. A refund was not offered (only to send 2 days later or give me a credit) until i insisted.
Horrible customer service

Delayed delivery
NEVER order from Bloomex.ca. Worst ever.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife on our anniversary. I've ordered them a day early and received an email/voicemail saying it will be delayed. Okay. I was fine with that since the flowers will be just on time.
The day on my anniversary, I checked the order status on Bloomex.ca website. It says "investigation". WTF does that mean!?! I spoke with the online chat.
No real help there as it's a bot - not a real person. I called their number and spoke with a real human being. I asked about the status of my order. The lady said, its under investigation as they dont have flowers for me and I will need to wait tomorrow for delivery.
Really!?! Tomorrow!?! Tomorrow, too late. I asked for a refund.
NOPE. Refunds are against their policy. They offered store credit or set another date for delivery for the future. Horrible experience!!!
I urge people to NEVER order from this place. Please do some googling. There are numerous posts regarding Bloomex.ca about their services. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
YOU CAN ALWAYS DO SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS *** I've read on other posts that the flowers you received arent even the ones they advertise on their site. Also, some even said their flowers came DOA. Complete garbage and that business should be shutdown.
I wish I Googled this place and saved me $100. I hope people see this and help them save money.

Flowers that were received, were not anything like the picture. Even all the flowers were different colors. When friend received the flowers, roses were all brown, and droopy daisies were all droopy, and that was not correct.

I had a similar situation. After just over 70 emails to them (with a lot of no responses), a number of phonecalls, being hung up on....
and I was polite during the calls and emails..... I filed a dispute with my credit card company. It took a few weeks, but I got every penny back.
Please try filing a dispute via your credit card company. I would never have gotten my money back without them.
