DI ordered three days in advance. Tragic circumstances required a bouquet as pictured generally.
Flowers sent sent a few daisies and two pink flowers, possibly roses or carnations.
After complaining and requesting the ordered bouquet I was told they can delivered any flowers, any colours, as available. Fine print!

Dead Flowers order received 6 days late
Received flowers from my daughter in-law to be delivered on the anniversary of my husband's death. The flowers arrived 6 days later, dead of course.
When my Daughter called to complain they advised her that they used a third party delivery person and they were not responsible. She is still trying to get this resolved.
User's recommendation: Save your money not worth the effort.
Poor service
Wrong flowers, no balloons,no communication. Poor quality products.
Do not use them! I'm embarrassed by this gift to my Canadian family

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
The floral arrangement that I chose looked nothing like the one that was sent. Not one identical flower.
Also charged extra for a "specified day" delivery and the arrangement was sent two days prior to the occasion with the rationale that Covid-19 determined the delivery day. But it was okay to charge me $5. 00 extra??
Not impress. Buyer beware!!

DISGRACEFUL BOUQUET OF FLOWERS AND SYMPATHY TO BOOT
I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH FRUSTRATION AND DISAPPOINTMENT IN A FLOWER COMPANY. GOING TO GO TO CONSUMER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I ORDERED FLOWERS ON FEB 13 FOR THE NEXT DAY. NO DELIVERY WAS DONE AND THE DELIVERY GUYS WROTE NO ANSWER AT DOOR WHEN MY FRIEND WAS THERE ALL DAY. THEN TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND WHEN LEFT MESSAGES ABOUT DELIVERY AND ORDER THEY DIDNT RETURN CALL. ASKED FOR REFUND AND SAID SHIPPING WOULD BE FEB 16 NO DELIVERY.
THEN THEY GOT DELIVERED TODAY. I PAID $70 FOR A WILTED BOUQUET OF CARNATIONS THAT I COULD HAVE BOUGHT FOR $7.00 MAYBE AT GROCERY STORE ALL WILTED. THAT SAD THING IS WHEN THEY GOT FINALLY DELIVERED TODAY I GOT THIS SURPRISE WITH MY FRIEND WHO HAD JUST LOST SOMEONE AND SHE OPENED THE BOX TO THIS TERRIBLE BOUQUET. OMG I HAQTE THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I TELL YU TO NEVER USE THEM.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, FRUSTRATION, STRESS. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. AND THEY OMG TOOK A LITTLE SHEET OF PAPER AND SAID SORRY FOR YUR SYMPATHY..JUST PATHETIC.

Could get no explanation or apology for delay. Efforts to resolve came to nothing; their "helpl' line transferred me to a sales pitch for medic alert.

Terrible quality of flowers.
Terrible quality of flowers. For my moms 80th birthday, a friend ordered her a dozen long stem white roses.
She wanted them in bud form so they would open the next day on my moms birthday. She asked that they be delivered in a box. What my mom received was 12 pink roses, in plastic wrap, with a couple of the roses fully open, one of them brown, and one of them with pedals already falling off. When we called to complain, they gave my moms friend a $10 credit.
A credit that will never be used. Very disappointing.

I ordered which were $82 including delivery. They sent my daughter 6 roses with no vase.
I have tried over and over again to get some results from this company and they refuse to do anything about it or even return my calls. Unbelievable rip off.

Flowers delivered to the wrong address
When I noticed that the flowers would be delivered to the wrong address, I contacted Bloomex (which wasn't easy) and they promised to change the address - it didn't happen, the wrong person got the flowers.
- phoned again - left messages - finally after hours a woman answered:
- "so sorry - will send a new bouquet to the right person"
- 3 days later I phoned to check if my relative got the flowers: No - no flowers.
- now 6 days later it starts all over again: Nobody answers the phone, nobody listens to the left messages on the phone, nobody phones back........
.

Horrible service
On April 29th, 2021, I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on Friday, April 30th. It is 4:45 on May 1st and still not delivered.
I chatted with their reps twice over two days. Both times they left the conversation to "check" the order status and never returned. Both times I asked if anyone was still there and a new person came on. Then they just posted a Purolator schedule showing it was in transit somewhere.
These are tulips so I know they will be half dead when delivered. I will never use this worthless company again. Their front page advertisement actually says same day delivery if placed early enough. Pure crap.

I ordered 12 long stem roses with accent flowers (such as lilies and carnations) for a special occasion. It was to be presented in a red vase.
I got 12 short stemmed mixed roses with dead leaves and the flowers died within 2 days. The vase was clear.
When I called, they simply cut me off and dropped my call - Tom, Derek, etc. totally dismissed me!

Disappointed with their customer service.
They gave me a $20.00 store credit. Not happy. My purchase was over $65.00, and my friend has still not received her poinsettia plant.
On Dec. 18 my friend and her husband received a basket of chocolate bars. I was so upset I phoned Bloomex immediately and was assured that they would fix their mistake immediately. It is now Dec.
24th and my friend has still not received her Poinsettia. Dealing with this company is not very good and trying to deal with their Bridgewater outlet is even worst. They gave me some crazy story that I should have known that because the temperature on that day was -0 degrees and that the plant would be damaged by the cold so they substituted with chocolate bars. I had no idea this was their policy.
This was a Christmas plant. How in the world can a plant that is being delivered by Purolator in a heated van get damaged by the cold? I even agreed to have their Chocolate Bars returned to them in exchange for the Poinsettia plant I ordered.
I will never deal with this company again, especially the one in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. I plan on phoning my bank and have them reverse the charge on my card.

Worse customer service
Wish I could leave 0 stars! ..
this is the Worse company I've ever dealt with! First they sent the wrong flowers, not at all what had been ordered, not the same colors, not the same quantities. My flowers were delivered late at night 8:34 pm! - but they kept saying they had been delivered hours earlier!!!
- a LIE! .. the box smelled like a dirty ashtray! Tried contacting them via Phone - Good luck!
- and via Chat - a REAL joke! .. they offered to re-send flowers for free - with a HUGE FREE up-grade .. well 3 days later ..
still waiting! ... nothing yet! ..
nothing! - waiting here, once again, on chat, to have this resolved .. and nothing ... So please Stay away from this company, support local florist shops, you'll get much better service then this company, which I think is a Scam!
... wish I could add pictures of the pitiful bouquet I received, not even fresh flowers .. some had already turned brown upon arrival of the bouquet and the little balloon that came with it was semi-deflated! and please keep in mind, LOUSY customer service, NO help whatsoever ...
you can't even get to speak with someone on the phone! ... right there this should raise a red flag ... Oh!

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt who that is hospice care. I ordered on Thursday with a delivery on Sat.
I called on Thurs and asked if I could change deliver to Friday. They said they would check and call back, but didn't. Then Sat morning they send a text and tell me they can't deliver until Tuesday and will give me an upgrade!!!! I explained she was in hospice they said sorry nothing they can do.
So I had to scramble around to find a florist in the town they live to get her an arrangement today. Do not use this company!!!
Always go to a local florist in the town you're sending. So MAD

Terrible! Terrible!
Anniversary flowers ordered on the 17th for 18th delivery only to be told late on the 18th that they had a clitch and would not be delivered.
They promised early delivery on the 19th failed at that because a local florist refused their order (THAT SHOULD TELL YOU ALL ONE NEED TO KNOW) and this is only part of the nightmare. Do not use this company.
