On December 15th flowers were ordered from bloomex. As you will notice from the first picture, there should have been two Reds taper candles, holly, berries, pine cones, red and white roses, and at least two different kinds of greens.
200 grams of truffles of the cost of $13 was also added to the package. The centerpiece chosen was their premium at $70. It was the most expensive one of the three to choose from. Therefore, I expected the picture I saw was the ones that my mother would receive for her Christmas table.
Although the flowers were supposed to arrive on the 17th, my mother did not receive them until the 19th. As he will notice from the second photo, there is one type of green, red roses, white carnations, a single white candle which appears to be out of an emergency kit, and 100 grams of truffles. The centerpiece is quite small, one that would be expected with the cheapest purchase if even that. Immediately I put in a complaint to the company.
They sure did me that a new centerpiece will be sent to my mother. She did not received the new centerpiece until the 28th of December. Long after the intended purpose of this purchase. This new centerpiece had two types of greens, red roses, white daisies, berries.
The bouquet was frozen solid when it arrived. As it started to thaw, the daisies turned brown. Peppermint candies were sent with the centerpiece.
As you will see from the third photo, it still looks nothing like the first photo I expected to have arrived. Although one never expects a purchase to look exactly like the picture, one does expect the purchase to look the same or better quality then what was purchased.
